The usage of water collection tankis adjust tank water & draw water, avoid Pump starts frequently.
- The location of water collection tank should consider pump repair, base of pump repair.(swage pump, collection tank should run separately).
- frequency adjustment for water yield & water inflow, good performance.
- The location of water collection tank shouldd consider maintenance & clearing. For closed tank, we should fixed vent hole,ventilator.
- Clean up the debris from collecting pond, keep water pump running normall.
For water pump running in water collecting tank should consider:
- Keep water inflow & water lifting same.
- Keep water collection tank high level working.
- Avoid open & close pump frequency.
- At least prepared a pump for reserve.
- Average holding time for open & close of each pump.
Because of geology & topography limitation in sewage plant, we must lift the sewage pump for a certain height to gravity flow before sludge treatment.
